Our Body Conditioning Class works hand in hand with our Pole Dance Fitness classes and Aerial Yoga. You will inevitably reach a time where you need a little bit more strength or tone or flexibility to reach your Pole or Aerial Yoga goal …. and that is where our Northern Pole Dance Flex and Body Conditioning classes come into play.
You’ll go through a variety of Body Conditioning Workouts and toning exercises which will give you an all over total body conditioning workout as well as a focuses upper body conditioning workout to help with your strength and fitness for Pole and Aerial Yoga.
General sports wear is acceptable for conditioning classes and prepare to work HARD !
